refunds for consultations

At the scheduled appointment time, the Client agrees to join the Zoom call and begin the session. the pseudo studio LLC and Client commit to start and finish each session on time. If the Client is more than 10 minutes late for a session, the pseudo studio LLC will assume the session is canceled and no refund will be granted.

cancellations + reschedules

All sessions must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If session is not rescheduled or canceled 24 hours prior, you will be charged a cancellation fee. A cancellation fee of 50% of the missed or cancelled session will be charged for cancellations or reschedules made 24 hours or less prior to the appointment time. (Monthly/multiple package cancellations determined upon request)

refunds for the studio experience

At the scheduled appointment time, the Client agrees to join the Zoom call and begin the session. the pseudo studio LLC and Client commit to start and finish each session on time. the pseudo studio LLC and Client commit to being in attendance for the entire duration of all 12 meeting times included in the service. If the Client is more than 10 minutes late for the session, the pseudo studio LLC will assume the session is canceled and no refund will be granted.
